Founder
Shane Brown
Shane is the lead agent and founder of RCG who has been dedicating his time to learning and developing his expertise in the South Florida real estate market for over two years. He specializes in uncovering off-market investment opportunities across South Florida, helping investors maximize returns through strategic real estate acquisitions. Whether you’re a seasoned investor or a homebuyer working within a budget, I leverage local insight and market expertise to identify high-value properties others overlook. Shane’s goal is simple: deliver smart deals with lasting value.
He has earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of the West Indies (Mona Campus) in Kingston, Jamaica. He has also earned a Master of Divinity (M. Div.) and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) from the Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Currently, Shane lives in West Palm Beach with his beautiful wife Toni-Ann and is a man of virtue and faith who currently believes that life should be lived with purity and truth by God’s grace. Licensed with Century 21 Luxe Homes, Shane is a diligent and hard worker in the South Florida real estate market and seeks to provide personalized concierge real estate services to clients who are seeking to purchase a home in South Florida.

Frequently Asked Questions?
RCR mostly provides transactional brokerage services for residential sales or rentals through its brokerage called Coastal Palms Realty. This real property could be either land or house, it is right in our wheelhouse. However, we also lend our expertise to commercial transactions if any of our clients need such services.
RCR does mostly of its transactions in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Occasionally, we may do transactions in Miami-Dade and the Treasure Coast (St Lucie and Martin Counties).
- Our concierge services may be tailored to meet the needs of our clients. If our non-Florida residents are unfamiliar with the region that they seek to make and purchase or rent a home, we will provide guided tours of such areas for our clients. We can provide this tour using our service vehicle if our clients are interested.
- We provide airport pick-ups and other forms of entertainment including meals when necessary.
- We automate the rental or purchase experience using our online technology.
- If you are building a home, we can help to identify the right builders for your dream home.
- Grant access to a network of local vendors needed to make the buying experience simplified. These include: home inspectors, architects, movers, and landscapers, contractors and more.
Along with proof of non-Florida residency, all our prospective clients need is proof of funds (Pre-Approval Letter for financing purchases or proof of monetary liquid assets for cash purchases (Bank Funds or Open Lines of Credit).
